Where are you located?

RG Rentals operates out of a warehouse in Marcy. This is not a store front. All orders can be made by phone or email. Appointments to view equipment at our warehouse can be made.

When do you require payment?

All private orders require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. Commercial orders have 30 days after the event to pay. The remainder of the balance is required at the time of delivery. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, venmo or credit card. Payments can be mailed in.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes, we deliver and pick up the rental supplies. All orders placed with RG Rentals are delivered to you.

Delivery fees are based on distance. Please call or email for more information on delivery fees.

Deliveries are made to a convenient location for the vehicle to park. Extra charges will result in deliveries brought up stairs, elevators, or any circumstance in which extra time is involved. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked, ready for pickup. Additional fees will result if items are not returned in the same condition they were received.
